    These wings were so good, but left us wanting more. The self proclaimed “best sauce in the house” was already used on another appetizer we ordered so we opted for the Bourbon Buffalo. The sauce had a great bourbon bite and wasn’t too overwhelming but it did kill the crunch of the wing a little bit – and smoked wings can already be a little light on crunch. The natural smoked flavor wasn’t that strong, I wanted more. But I highly recommend trying these and other wing flavors as an app at Lake & Irving. It’s a great spot if you’re in MN!
